Business Development Manager (Chelmsford Remote Based) £35,000-£55,000 depending on experience!

Your new role
Lead technical sales efforts by providing expert solutions and managing the full sales cycle for specialised products and services. This role combines client relationship management, business development, and project coordination.

Sales and Business Development:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with strategic company goals.
  • Develop and implement effective sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals, technical presentations, and quotations tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to generate leads and promote products and services.

Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and delivering customised solutions.
  • Serve as the primary contact for all sales-related enquiries.
  • Conduct regular client meetings and site visits to strengthen relationships and uncover new opportunities.
