What you'll need to succeed
You’ll bring proven experience as a Business Development Manager (or similar) with a track record of selling into high‑value accounts and negotiating annual contracts/programmes. You must have prior experience and knowledge of the clothing/merchandise industry. You are a self‑starter, highly results‑focused, commercially astute, and comfortable travelling internationally when required. Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, proposal development, and financial literacy (budgeting/forecasting) are essential.
What you'll get in return
You’ll join a specialist, globally connected merchandise organisation where your impact will be visible—shaping sector growth, influencing commercial strategy, and working with expert production partners. Expect the autonomy to build new markets, close complex deals, collaborate cross‑functionally, and engage directly with senior leadership. You’ll also gain exposure to international exhibitions and client engagements, with the support of a seasoned management team committed to delivering best‑in‑class programmes.
