Are you a seasoned Business Continuity or Resilience professional looking to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic financial services environment? A leading international bank is seeking a Business Continuity Manager to design, lead and evolve its Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Operational Resilience framework.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain the organisation’s BCM and Operational Resilience strategy.
• Conduct Business Impact Analyses (BIA) and support departments in creating and maintaining Business Continuity Plans (BCPs).
• Ensure alignment between business recovery objectives and disaster recovery planning.
• Lead BCM risk assessments and scenario analyses to identify threats and mitigation strategies.
• Deliver training, awareness sessions, and simulation exercises across the organisation.
• Act as a key member of the Crisis Management Team, supporting incident response and post-incident reviews.
• Collaborate with internal departments to embed resilience into risk management and outsourcing arrangements.
• Monitor regulatory developments and industry trends to continuously improve the BCM framework.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Proven experience in a senior BCM role within European financial services.
• Strong understanding of UK regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with Business Continuity standards and operational resilience best practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Project management experience and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives is advantageous.
• Exposure to banking business lines (corporate, wholesale, capital markets) is advantageous.
• Experience working in international or cross-border banking environments is a plus.
