My client is a leading, globally recognised insurer who urgently require multiple Business Analysts with proven Insurance industry experience, knowledge of Claims (systems and processes) and ideally have good knowledge of CRM systems.

Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst within large, complex (Insurance preferred) organisations
  • Ability to elicit, document, and manage business requirements and user stories
  • Capability to Model as-is / to-be processes using formal Modelling techniques
  • Experience of working in an Agile (Scrum) delivery model / set up
  • Previous experience of ensuring Non-Functional requirements are understood
  • Strong knowledge of Claims (systems and processes)
  • Expertise in requirements elicitation, process mapping, and business process improvement
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and influencing skills

Nice to have:
  • Hands-on involvement in Policy Administration System transformation projects
  • Strong understanding of Claims / PAS platforms such as Guidewire, Acturis, Duck Creek, or similar
  • Good knowledge of CRM systems such as MS Dynamics / Salesforce / Peoplesoft
  • Immediate availability
