Business Analyst Contract – Paying £350 Per Day, Inside IR35, Based in Swindon, Hybrid Working, 6 Month Contract, To Start ASAP

You will be working with a leading organisation that is based in Swindon.


Your new role

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a major programme of work. This role involves working across multiple projects and change initiatives, supporting new systems implementation, and managing demanding stakeholders. You will need to hit the ground running, adapt to ambiguity, and deliver high-quality business analysis in a fast-paced environment.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in large-scale programmes, ideally within the public sector

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience with demanding clients and third-party suppliers

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to deal with ambiguity

  • Experience supporting system implementations, including testing and data migration

  • Familiarity with change management principles and business process modelling
