Business Analyst delivering high‑quality analysis across complex digital services with real‑world impact.

We’re recruiting a Business Analyst to join a multi‑disciplinary digital team delivering complex, user centred digital services.
This role will suit someone who enjoys working across the full delivery lifecycle, from early discovery through to go‑live, and who is comfortable collaborating with product, delivery, design and engineering colleagues to improve systems, processes and services.

The Role

You’ll support digital projects from inception to delivery, contributing high quality analysis that helps teams understand problems, define solutions and deliver meaningful improvements. Working across multiple products and services, you’ll facilitate workshops, engage stakeholders and translate user and business needs into clear, actionable requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to business analysis across digital projects through discovery, alpha and delivery phases
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews and focus groups to understand business and user needs
  • Analyse processes, systems and data to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Translate requirements into functional specifications and user stories using agile approaches
  • Assess the impact of change, identifying risks, dependencies and stakeholders
  • Support teams with prioritisation, MVP scope and outcome definition
  • Define and track metrics to measure the success of service improvements
  • Engage with internal teams and external suppliers to support delivery
  • Produce clear documentation, briefings and analysis to support project delivery
Skills and Experience:

  • Experience working as a Business Analyst in digital or software delivery environments
  • Practical experience of agile delivery methods
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate complex information clearly to a wide range of stakeholders
  • Experience translating business needs into user stories or functional requirements
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable working as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team
  • Experience working with third-party suppliers is advantageous
  • Commitment to inclusive, user‑focused service delivery
