Hybrid Business Analyst / Project Manager - Workforce Model - TOM Design And Implementation

I am currently working with a large financial services company looking for a hybrid Business Analyst/ Project Manager

This role will involve implementing an external workforce model, managing complex workstreams involving stakeholders and sponsors, and continually managing project dependencies.

  • Rate: £600 Umbrella

  • Duration: Initial 6 months

  • Hybrid working: 3 days in office, City of London

Key skills and Experience:

  • Proven hybrid experience as a Business Analyst and Project Manager

  • A strong understanding of Workforce planning

  • Experience in Target Operating Model (TOM) design and implementation

  • Technical skills may include, Fieldglass or Workday

  • Managing large scale projects
