Business Analyst | £40,000-50,000 | Liverpool | Hybrid

We are looking to speak to an experienced Business Analyst, who has strong stakeholder and negotiation skills to join an established Tech team. National and international operations, based at their UK hub here in Liverpool.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs to translate into technical requirements.
  • Lead requirement-gathering sessions and facilitate steering groups
  • Create roadmaps and document information accordingly
  • Deliver clear, concise reports and presentations to senior leadership.
  • Support the implementation/ optimisation of business-critical software
  • Change, release and incident management

About You
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a large, complex organisation.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and communicate at all levels.
  • Comfortable working with senior leadership and facilitating strategic discussions.
  • Excellent analytical, documentation, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with logistics or supply chain environments is a plus.
