Business Analyst/Process Automation Lead
Join a leading insurance provider as a Business Systems Analyst, driving high‑impact process automation and strategic transformation initiatives within the EMEA Expense Centre of Excellence!
As a Business Analyst, you will lead end‑to‑end delivery of automation and reporting solutions using Power Platform tools, coding for custom workflows, and driving strategic efficiency improvements. You will collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable, technical solutions within compressed project timelines.
Contract Details
- Contract Length: 6 months
- Daily Rate: €800 per day
- Location: London, EC4R 3AB
Key Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of strategic process improvement and automation projects within the EMEA Expense CoE.
- Analyse existing workflows, identify gaps, and design optimised processes.
- Build Power Automate workflows and develop Power BI reporting dashboards.
- Create custom technical solutions using coding skills such as VBA or Python.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to capture and refine business requirements.
- Communicate timelines, risks, and progress effectively to senior stakeholders.
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable, hands‑on delivery plans.
Key Requirements
- Experience in business systems analysis and project management.
- Strong proficiency with Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power BI) and coding for automation.
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver workflow and process improvements.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to tight deadlines.
- Comfortable working across both strategic and detailed technical workstreams.
