Your new role

We’re looking for an experienced and driven Business Analyst with a passion for innovation, data, and emerging technologies. This is a unique opportunity to shape how we use AI, automation, and digital tools across the business – helping us work smarter, faster, and more collaboratively.

• Identify and implement AI tools and digital technologies to improve productivity, automation, and business intelligence.
• Collect, analyse, and interpret data to generate insights, build dashboards, and support business strategy.
• Lead and support initiatives to improve workflows and optimise systems.
• Stay abreast of trends in AI, machine learning, and tech. Propose and pilot new ideas that push the organisation forward.
• Help teams adopt new tools through clear training sessions, and ongoing support.

What you'll need to succeed

• Working knowledge of AI tools and business data platforms.
• Experience of Power BI, Excel and Google Workspace.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for learning and experimentation.
