Business Analyst - Established FinTech business with HQ in Edinburgh - £45k + great pension

Your new company

You will be joining an established Fintech business in Edinburgh that provides a range of products to large clients across the sector. For over 20 years, they have created solutions that have become embedded in the industry by ensuring better communications and sharing of customer data that improves efficiencies. Their HQ is based in Edinburgh, and they currently employ around 120 staff across all departments. IT and Engineering covers around half this headcount as well as a number of cross-functional project teams.

Your new role

As a Business Analyst, you will be working on the continued development of a number of existing and new web products . Working closely with project and product teams, you will liaise directly with various stakeholders in order to gather and document business requirements.

What you'll need to succeed

You will ideally be working in a similar role and likely have an understanding of systems development within financial services organisations. You will be comfortable communicating with stakeholders at all levels and be able to bridge the gap between the business and technology teams.
