The role involves translating complex business objectives into clear, actionable requirements and ensuring alignment between stakeholders, operational workflows, and technical delivery teams.
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in complex, policy-driven programmes
Strong background in requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement
Ability to translate policy into technical and service design requirements
Familiarity with data modelling and impact analysis
