Business Analyst, 9-month contract, Belfast, up to £540 p/d

We are currently working with a global financial client in the recruitment of a BA specialising in program execution & transformation. This role will be mainly specialising in business analysis and will be focussed on end-to-end business analysis.

Role responsibilities:
  • Review regulatory requirements and gather business / legal and compliance requirements
  • Participate where required in discussion with industry bodies e.g. trade associations
  • Gap analysis to identify current state solution against the required enhancements
  • Propose solution options
  • Enhance BAU process and controls
  • Document new or changes to existing policies and procedures where applicable
  • Data analysis as required

What you will need to succeed in this role:
  • At least 5 years’ experience working as a BA in an enterprise environment
  • Working knowledge of investment banking
  • Experience with control assessment review and enhancement
  • Proficiency with reporting tools

The role is initially for a 9-month period there is a possibility of extension depending on the client’s needs. This role will be based in Belfast and will require the resources to attend the Belfast office 3 days p/w. Only candidates that would be able to attend the office 3 days per week will be considered.
