Business Analyst – Belfast | Hybrid | Public & Private Sector Projects

Drive innovation and shape solutions that matter! Are you a skilled Business Analyst ready to make an impact? Join our client and play a key role in delivering cloud-based applications and complex IT solutions for government and private sector clients. This is your chance to bridge the gap between business needs and technical delivery in a dynamic, forward-thinking environment.
What You’ll Do
  • Gather and document business requirements through workshops and stakeholder engagement.
  • Translate business needs into actionable technical specifications.
  • Support design, development, and implementation of software solutions.
  • Collaborate with project managers, developers, and testers to ensure successful delivery.
  • Assist with UAT and define acceptance criteria.
What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in IT or technology services.
  • Proven track record in complex IT projects (public and private sector).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
Desirable: Business analysis certifications (IIBA, BCS), experience in regulated environments, enterprise software projects.
