ERP Business Analyst – HR & Payroll
Contract Type: Fixed Term (until March 2026) Location:
Ballymena, Northern Ireland Hours: 37 hours per week
Closing Date: Friday12 September 2025

Overview: A public sector organisation in Northern Ireland is seeking two ERP Business Analysts to support the implementation of a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. These roles will focus on either HR or Payroll modules and will play a key part in translating business needs into technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather and analyse functional requirements from stakeholders
  • Map current and future business processes
  • Support ERP configuration and testing (including UAT)
  • Assist with data migration and validation
  • Document user stories, process flows, and system changes
  • Contribute to change management and training activities

Essential Criteria:
  • Degree or postgraduate qualification in any discipline
    (OR 4 years’ relevant experience if no degree)
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in systems or digital project analysis
  • Strong understanding of HR or Payroll processes
  • Ability to create process maps and documentation
  • Access to transport to fulfil duties across multiple sites

Desirable:
  • Experience with Technology One ERP system
