Business Analyst| 6 Months| Hybrid| £300 Per Day (Inside IR35)

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join or a central government client to support an organisation-wide transformation programme. Your main focus will be to lead the design, development, embedding and testing of the processes needed to implement a new operating model and structure.

The role of the Transformation Team is to oversee the delivery of a complex organisational change programme involving the development and implementation of a new operating model, structures, processes, ways of working and culture.

Key Skills Required:
Demonstrable experience of successfully applying practical knowledge of business process modelling and improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean
Demonstrable experience of successfully applying specialist expertise in business analysis to review systems and processes and make recommendations for improvement
Knowledge of change management principles and best practices
Ability to use Microsoft Office (M365) and Visio
Must have worked in the public sector previously

Contract Details:
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: September 2026
Rate: £300 Per Day (inside IR35)
Location: Manchester (Hybrid basis)
