Contract Business Analyst - £450 Per day outside IR35 - South West - Hybrid - 8 Months Initially - Law Firm

Hays are supporting a leading Law Firm with a strong reputation for innovation and client service in their search for a Business Analyst to join their Business Change team. The role offers flexible hybrid working from offices across Bristol / The South West.

Your new role
As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering technology-enabled change across the business, working closely with Product Owners, developers, stakeholders and end users within Agile Scrum teams.
You will gather and analyse requirements, facilitate workshops, create user stories and acceptance criteria, and support the delivery of business-critical software and workflow solutions. The role will involve business process mapping, identifying automation opportunities, supporting workflow improvements, conducting impact and gap analysis, and helping deliver high-profile digital transformation projects across the organisation.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience working as a Business Analyst within Agile software delivery environments. You will have strong experience producing user stories, epics and acceptance criteria, alongside experience of requirements gathering, stakeholder management and process improvement. You should be comfortable working with cross-functional teams including developers, testers and product Owners and possess excellent analytical and communication skills. Experience delivering technology-enabled change, workflow automation initiatives and business process analysis is essential.

Experience within legal or professional services environments, workflow tools or continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma would be advantageous.
