My client is an instantly recognisable consultancy who urgently require a Business Analyst with extensive Pensions experience for a transformation programme for a high-profile Insurer.
Key Requirements:
- Proven commercial experience working as a Business Analyst ideally within the Insurance domain (specifically Pensions).
- The ability to gather, prioritise, and manage business requirements through workshops, documentation, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Previous experience working on Unisure migrations.
- The ability to analyse and model business processes to identify inefficiencies and propose optimisation solutions that enhance service delivery.
- Strong data interpretation skills to generate actionable insights, supporting data-driven decision-making across project phases.
- Familiarity with working within an Agile environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to design and implement solutions, ensuring clear documentation and adherence to client methodologies and governance frameworks.
