Business Analyst (SAP Finance & Procurement) – Paying between £500 to £550 Per Day, Inside IR35, Based in South Wales, Hybrid Working, 6 Month Contract, To Start ASAP

You will be working with a leading organisation that is based in South Wales.


Your new role

We’re looking for a hands-on Business Analyst to support a fast paced ERP transformation programme focused on migrating legacy systems into SAP. This is a delivery-focused role suited to someone pragmatic, self driven, and comfortable rolling up their sleeves in a dynamic environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and document business requirements across finance and procurement
  • Map current and future-state processes (as-is / to-be)
  • Support lift & shift migration of legacy systems into SAP
  • Work across system integrations, documenting and validating data flows
  • Produce high quality BA artefacts (requirements, process maps, functional specs, UAT scripts, control documentation)
  • Collaborate with technical teams, third parties, and stakeholders to support delivery
  • Contribute across parallel workstreams including requirements, process mapping, training, and testing
  • Support UAT, training, and smooth integration between SAP and legacy platforms
  • Operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment

What you'll need to succeed


  • Proven experience as a delivery focused Business Analyst within contract environments

  • Strong requirements gathering and process mapping capability

  • Experience with system integration projects, ideally involving SAP

  • Exposure to SAP Finance (FI) and/or Procurement (MM) modules beneficial

  • Experience supporting legacy migrations or transformation programmes

  • Comfortable producing structured documentation and key project artefacts

  • Able to work across multiple workstreams in a Waterfall delivery model

  • Experience working with third-party vendors/suppliers
