Your new role

A Business Analyst position, supporting the rollout of a new type of future and clearing broker workflows. You’ll act as a key liaison between the European entity and London-based teams, helping to document requirements across risk, operations, finance, and treasury. You’ll also be responsible for mapping out new processes and supporting operational changes as new products are introduced. The role includes producing status reports and supporting project delivery across IT and business functions.

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong Business Analysis skills, particularly in documenting requirements and operational processes
• Experience with futures workflows and clearing broker operations is highly desirable.
• Ability to work across multiple teams and manage stakeholder expectations
• Familiarity with financial products in the fixed income space
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
• Some Project Management skills – status and delivery reporting
• Nil notice period – must be immediately available
• Must be able to work 4 days a week in a London-based office
