Your new role
You will play a key role as a Business Analyst, acting as a bridge between non-technical stakeholders and the Digital/IT team. You will work across a range of digital initiatives, helping to identify business needs, improve processes, and deliver effective technology solutions, with a strong focus on CRM (Dynamics 365) and Power Platform.
You will be involved throughout the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and analysis through to solution design, testing, and implementation.
Key responsibilities:
- Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs, challenges, and opportunities for improvement
- Analyse and document requirements, ensuring solutions are clearly defined and prioritised
- Support the design and configuration of CRM (Dynamics 365) and Power Platform solutions
- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure clear communication and successful delivery
- Lead or support testing activities, including user acceptance testing
- Provide insight into digital solutions, risks, and benefits to support decision-making
- Identify opportunities for process optimisation and service improvement
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst where client case management is key
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a structured approach
- Experience working in an Agile environment (Scrum/Kanban)
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
- Experience in requirements gathering, user stories, and stakeholder engagement-visualise outcomes
- A strong user-focused mindset, using data and insights to drive outcomes
- Experience of working in a cloud-based or service-led environment
