Business Administrator

Join a dynamic team providing administrative and operational support across multiple business areas, including Marine, Workshop, Industrial, Parts, Sales, Marketing, and Management. This role ensures smooth scheduling, accurate invoicing, and compliance with customer contracts while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule engineer visits and coordinate resources.
  • Prepare accurate invoices, quotations, and service reports.
  • Manage work orders and purchase orders in ERP/Dynamics systems.
  • Maintain training records and certification compliance.
  • Produce KPI reports and customer documentation.
  • Support process improvements and uphold data quality standards.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Desirable: Experience with scheduling, ERP systems, and process improvement.
Personal Attributes: Self-driven, accurate, solution-focused, and a team player.
Location: Newcastle, office based with occasional UK travel.
