Building Surveyor/Stock Condition Contract – Outside IR35 | Glasgow & West of Scotland | Ongoing Programme

A well-established and highly reputable building surveying consultancy is delivering a number of large-scale residential survey programmes across Glasgow and the West of Scotland. Due to a strong pipeline of secured work, they are seeking multiple experienced Stock Condition Surveyors to support ongoing projects. This organisation has a strong track record within the residential and social housing sector and is known for delivering high-volume, quality-led survey programmes for key clients.
Your new role
You will be responsible for carrying out stock condition surveys across residential properties, working as part of a wider project team but with autonomy in the field. Key responsibilities will include:
Undertaking on-site condition surveys of residential housing stock
Capturing and recording data using tablet-based survey systems
Assessing building fabric, condition and compliance factors
Producing accurate and detailed survey information in line with client requirements
Managing your own workload to deliver high volumes of surveys efficiently
Working across multiple sites within Glasgow and the wider West region
Undertaking on-site condition surveys of residential housing stock
Capturing and recording data using tablet-based survey systems
Assessing building fabric, condition and compliance factors

What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience carrying out stock condition or fabric surveys
- Experience surveying residential or social housing stock
- Strong ability to deliver high survey volumes to tight deadlines
- Competence using tablet/data capture systems
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
