Your new role
As an Interim Building Surveyor, you will:
- Lead and manage demolition and refurbishment projects, ensuring compliance with building regulations and health and safety standards.
- Carry out detailed building surveys, condition reports, and defect analysis.
- Prepare specifications, tender documents, and oversee contractors on-site.
- Provide technical advice and support to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
What you'll need to succeed
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Building Surveying or related discipline.
- Proven experience in demolition and refurbishment projects.
- Strong knowledge of building regulations, CDM, and health & safety compliance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
