Your new role
We are seeking a Disrepair Building Surveyor to join the team. In this role, you will take ownership of managing disrepair cases across the housing portfolio as well as major and critical repair issues. As a building surveyor, you will ensure compliance with legal obligations, whilst delivering an exceptional service to residents. You will carry out inspections, prepare detailed reports, and oversee remedial work in order to resolve issues effectively and efficiently.

What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience working in a building surveying role, ideally within social housing.
- Excellent knowledge of building pathology.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- A degree, HNC, or equivalent.
