Your new role
As an experienced building surveyor with strong project management capabilities, you will lead on capital projects across a corporate portfolio of buildings. This role will involve providing general surveying services to support the management of a commercial portfolio and investment properties. This varied role will see you conduct feasibility studies, manage refurbishment and redevelopment projects, and ensure statutory compliance and that health and safety standards are met.

What you'll need to succeed
  • A formal surveying qualification and a proven track record of delivering complex capital projects.
  • Experience in contract administration, project budgeting, and quality control.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and flexible in approach.
  • Confidence in producing reports.

What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive an initial 12-month fixed term contract, offering a salary of £54,000. This role will offer full pension contribution entitlement, annual leave of 28 days + bank holidays, and more.
