Your new company

We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established building services consultancy that has recently opened a new office in Birmingham. With five experienced professionals already in place, the team is expanding and looking to add three new hires: a Senior/Principal Mechanical Design Engineer, a Junior Electrical Design Engineer, and a Building Services Revit Technician.

Your new role

As a Building Services Revit Technician, you’ll play a key role in supporting the design and delivery of mechanical and electrical building services projects. You’ll be responsible for producing coordinated Revit models, working closely with engineers and other technicians to ensure accuracy and efficiency across all stages of design.
This role is suited to someone with intermediate-level experience or above, who is confident using Revit in a building services context and is looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive and growing team.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience using Revit within a building services consultancy
  • Strong understanding of MEP coordination and technical drawing standards
  • Ability to work collaboratively with engineers and project teams
  • Good attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
  • Experience working on healthcare or residential projects is beneficial
  • Willingness to contribute to a growing regional office and support junior team members
