The Opportunity
Based primarily on projects across the west of Edinburgh, you will take a key leadership role overseeing building services delivery across a diverse portfolio of schemes, including:
- Education developments
- Defence-sector infrastructure
- Commercial construction projects
With multiple live and upcoming projects secured, this is a stable, long-term opportunity offering real career progression within a highly reputable business.
The Role
As Building Services Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading the coordination and delivery of all MEP services, with a strong focus on electrical packages
- Managing subcontractors and specialist supply chain partners to ensure programme, quality, and safety standards are met
- Working closely with project and commercial teams to drive best practice and value engineering solutions
- Providing technical leadership across the lifecycle of projects—from pre-construction through to handover
This role will see you operating as a key figure within the delivery team, influencing both outcomes and culture on site.
About You
