Your new role
As Brand Manager, you’ll take full ownership of brand growth across digital and retail channels. You’ll refine positioning, lead innovation, and execute campaigns that build awareness, drive conversion, and prepare the brand for national retail expansion. This is a strategic and hands-on role, with line management responsibility for one Marketing Executive and oversight of external agencies and budgets.
Key areas of focus include:
- Brand strategy and positioning
- Digital-first marketing (social, content, influencers, paid media, CRM, eCommerce)
- Retail and channel expansion (grocery, convenience, DTC)
- Innovation pipeline leadership
- Performance analytics and consumer insights
What you'll need to succeed
- 3+ years of brand management experience, ideally within FMCG and/or startup/SME environments
- Proven success in digital brand building and consumer engagement
- Experience launching products into retail and eCommerce channels
- Strong analytical, commercial, and creative skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability
