Assignment Type: Long-term temporary, ongoing basis where you will be engaged via Hays
Location: Chichester
Working Environment: Hybrid, part office based on site at client offices/ part home based
Pay type: Competitive hourly pay rate

  • Responsible for Brand strategy development and Brand identity management in line with yearly objectives and sustainable long-term strategic targets.
  • Develop and strengthen the brands positioning, image & value including brand standards and tone of voice.
  • Management of the global approach to Brand Partnerships including the entire global business, our regional teams and dealer partners.
  • Guideline creation and process development to ensure clarity and adherence to Brand standards.
  • Development of visual and creative embodiment of new Brand positioning. Delivery and training/education to other teams and network.
  • Governance of all brand related topics to ensure the marketing and product strategies match long-term objectives.

Skills & Qualifications:
  • Marketing experience in the automotive and/or luxury sector.
  • Budget and agency management.
  • International or global experience is a plus.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage upwards and provide feedback to senior management level.
  • Can do / entrepreneurial attitude.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
