Your new company

A long-established independent accountancy firm based in central London is urgently seeking interim support. Known for its personalised approach and strong client relationships, the firm supports a wide range of businesses and individuals with core services such as audit, accounts, and tax. They are looking for an experienced professional to assist during a particularly busy period.

Your new role

You’ll step in as a Bookkeeper or Experienced Accountant (Contract) to provide hands-on support with:

• VAT preparation

• Management accounts

• Financial analysis and reporting

• General number crunching to support the wider finance function

This is a 2–3 month contract (through to November), covering the VAT filing season. The role is ideally 5 days/week in-office, but hybrid working may be considered for the right candidate.

• Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting

• Confidence working independently in a fast-paced environment

• Immediate availability

• Strong attention to detail and ability to hit the ground running
