A well-established company based in Park Royal, providing high-quality products to the healthcare industry, are looking for a skilled Bookkeeper to join their finance team on a maternity cover contract.

Your new role

As our Bookkeeper, you’ll play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting day-to-day financial operations. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Maintain and update financial records using accounting software
• Process invoices, payments, and receipts
• Reconcile bank statements and supplier accounts
• Prepare VAT returns and assist with payroll
• Support month-end and year-end reporting
• Liaise with external accountants and internal departments
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in bookkeeping or a similar finance role
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, Sage, QuickBooks)
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Good understanding of VAT and payroll processes
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
