• Deliver engaging and challenging Biology lessons in line with the national curriculum.
• Plan and adapt lessons to meet the needs of all learners.
• Maintain high standards of classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment.
• Work collaboratively with the wider Science team to support pupils’ progress.
• Contribute to assessments, marking, and reporting where required.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Strong subject knowledge in Biology and experience teaching at secondary level.
• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and colleagues.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people.
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
