*** BIM Coordinator / Technician - Renowned Residential Specialist - £Competitive ***

Your new company

This esteemed company is an established and forward‑thinking residential developer with a strong pipeline of housing projects across Northern Ireland. With a growing emphasis on digital delivery and modern construction methodologies, the organisation is investing heavily in BIM and Revit workflows to support the future development of its housing portfolio. Based in their modern office environment in Lisburn, this is an excellent opportunity to join a business that is actively evolving the way it designs and delivers homes.

Your new role

As a BIM Technician, you will play a key role in supporting the digitisation and standardisation of the organisation’s residential housing types. Working closely with internal design and technical teams, you will be responsible for developing, managing and refining Revit models that capture repeatable, high‑quality housing solutions. A significant part of the role will involve helping to modernise and streamline design methodologies, improving consistency, efficiency and data accuracy across current and future projects. This position offers a genuine opportunity to influence how BIM is embedded across the business and to contribute to long‑term digital strategy within a residential environment.

What you'll need to succeed

To be considered for this role, you will have proven experience working as a BIM Technician or Revit Technician within the built environment, ideally within residential or housing‑led projects. You should have between three and five years’ hands‑on experience using Revit and BIM workflows, with a solid understanding of model coordination, family creation and drawing production. A methodical mindset, strong attention to detail and an interest in digital innovation will be essential, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

What you'll get in return

In return, you will join a stable and respected organisation offering a long‑term role within a growing technical team. You will benefit from exposure to strategic BIM development rather than purely production‑based work, alongside a competitive salary, a supportive working environment and the opportunity to build specialist expertise in residential BIM systems. Based in Lisburn, this role also offers a more balanced alternative to city‑centre commuting.
