This is an opportunity to work in a specialist setting supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, helping them develop academically, socially, emotionally, and independently.
About the School
This is a well-established specialist school catering for children and young people aged 5-19 with complex Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

✅ Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD)
✅ Complex Communication Needs
✅ Speech and Language Difficulties
✅ Sensory Processing Differences
✅ Social, Emotional and Mental Health Needs (SEMH)
✅ Behaviour that challenges due to communication frustrations and unmet needs
Many pupils communicate in different ways and require patient, consistent adults who can help them regulate emotions, engage in learning, and develop confidence and independence.
Every student follows an individualised curriculum designed around their needs, interests, and aspirations.
