We’re on the hunt for a Billing Manager who’s ready to lead with impact. You’ll take the reins of a talented team of billers and revenue controllers, driving excellence in billing operations and shaping the financial heartbeat of the firm.

What You’ll Own
  • Lead the Charge: Inspire and manage a high-performing billing team, setting the standard for accuracy and timeliness.
  • Be the Expert: Roll up your sleeves as a hands-on billing guru, mentoring your team and elevating best practices.
  • Partner with Leaders: Collaborate with internal colleagues, team heads, and group leaders to unify billing strategies across the business.
  • Own the Process: Be the go-to authority on legal billing, from onboarding new clients to refining workflows.
  • Drive Efficiency: Spot bottlenecks, solve problems, and streamline operations for maximum impact.
  • Connect the Dots: Work closely with finance stakeholders to ensure seamless revenue cycle integration.
  • Measure What Matters: Track KPIs, report performance, and continuously push for improvement.

  • Proven experience in a finance environment—you know the terrain.
  • Mastery of legal practice management systems and eBilling platforms.
