An award-winning boutique legal firm based in central London is looking for a Billing and Revenue Controller to support their continued growth.

Your new role

Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for a broad range of finance operations, supporting fee earners and ensuring accurate financial processing across billing, credit control, and supplier management.

• Liaising with fee earners to amend billing guides and raise bills
• Ensuring all disbursements are accurately reflected and bills are posted to the system
• Assisting with credit control and chasing outstanding payments
• Posting supplier invoices and reconciling supplier balances, particularly counsel accounts
• Performing daily postings including office and client bank transactions
• Updating case files with finance-related instructions and requests
• Managing file closures, including clearing outstanding balances, processing write-offs, and returning client funds

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in a revenue or billing role within a legal environment
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
