A leading Professional Services firm is currently undergoing a significant ERP finance transformation project. With recent changes in the team, they are looking to bring in a skilled Business Analyst to support billing-related workstreams and ensure continuity across key initiatives.

Your new role

As a Business Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting billing processes, documentation, and stakeholder engagement. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, map processes, and ensure clarity in documentation. While billing experience is important, the focus is on someone who can bridge the gap between technical and business teams with strong communication and analytical skills.

What you'll need to succeed

• BA experience with Billing exposure
• Experience within ERP systems and Billing processes greatly advantageous.
• Background in Source-to-Cash/Order-to-Cash (S2C/O2C) required
• Ability to produce clear, structured documentation
• Strong communication skills; able to articulate ideas clearly
• Comfortable with stakeholder management
• Able to handle challenges diplomatically — confident but not confrontational
• Maintains composure and professionalism; doesn’t ruffle feathers
