Your new role
As Bid Manager, you will take ownership of the end-to-end bid process, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compelling submissions that support the company's growth objectives.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the full bid lifecycle from opportunity identification through to submission.
- Coordinating input from key stakeholders across the business.
- Writing, reviewing and editing persuasive bid content.
- Developing tender responses that clearly communicate value propositions and win themes.
- Maintaining bid documentation, templates and processes.
- Managing bid timelines to ensure all submissions are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Conducting post-submission reviews and capturing lessons learned to improve future success rates.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Previous experience in a Bid Manager, Bid Writer or Proposal Manager position.
- Strong experience managing public and private sector tenders.
- Excellent written communication and document presentation skills.
- Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage competing deadlines.
- Strong organisational and project management capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and bid management systems.
- A meticulous eye for detail and commitment to producing high-quality submissions.
