Benefits Manager, Professional Services, London

A global professional services firm, known for its strong international presence and progressive people strategy, is looking for a Benefits Manager to join its global reward function. Renowned for attracting top talent, the firm offers a high ‑ profile opportunity to shape employee benefits at scale.

Reporting to senior leadership and partnering closely with the wider HR team, this role sits at the heart of global benefits strategy and delivery. You’ll own the oversight and continuous improvement of benefits programmes across multiple regions. Working in a dynamic, change ‑ led environment, you’ll drive effectiveness, compliance, cost efficiency and employee experience, while enhancing processes, data insight and benefits platforms.

You’ll collaborate closely with HR, Finance, Procurement and external vendors to deliver compliant, competitive and employee ‑ centric programmes globally, balancing global consistency with local market needs.

We’re looking for experienced benefits professional from a complex, multinational environment, with excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to operate confidently in fast ‑ paced settings. Experience within professional services or consulting is essential.

This is an exciting opportunity to step into a strategic global role with real influence over benefits delivery and employee experience. A competitive salary and benefits package is on offer, alongside hybrid working with 2 days in the London office.
