Your new role
Working within a team of 25 in HR, and 4 within Rewards, Benefits and Compensation. You will have exposure to senior stakeholders, where you will be responsible for influencing, advising and providing insights to leaders of the European Business.

Your new role
Working within a team of 25 in HR, and 4 within Rewards, Benefits and Compensation. You will have exposure to senior stakeholders, where you will be responsible for influencing, advising and providing insights to leaders of the European Business.
- Support on the identification of Material Risk Takers and Code Staff and maintenance of the list for European regulated entities
- Work on compensation and benefits projects including the annual cycles, including participation on global projects
- Responsible for benefits vendors, tracking performance, ensuring HR, Finance and Legal are included in tenders
- Work on benefits and compensation change programmes, involvement on new roll-outs, change programmes and communications
What you'll need to succeed
- Knowledge of benefits and compensation across Europe, understanding different compensation packages for each individual companies, including Ireland, Germany, France and Italy
- Understanding how to manage benefits wonders across contracts and performance
- Experience with Compensation systems (e.g. Workday, MarketPay, Payfactors) / Benefits systems (e.g. Darwin, OneHub)
- Understanding of job evaluation, with McLagan and Towers watson
- Ideally, experience of using SucessFactors
