A well-established high-end joinery manufacturer who specialise in the hospitality and residential sector are looking to expand their team with two Bench Joiners.

Your new role

This role provides an opportunity to join an experienced team and provides an excellent opportunity to develop your already established joinery skills.

You will be part of a team of people who are responsible for the manufacture of specialist and bespoke joinery items. Your role will include, but will not be limited to the following:
Perform high-end joinery tasks, paying particular attention to detail.
Demonstrate a high level of bench joinery craft using multiple materials.
Demonstrate a high level of competency in the use and care of key task tools and equipment to achieve an all-round superior quality standard.
Demonstrate key technical knowledge in reading, understanding and working from manufacturing drawings.
Demonstrate an ability to use your own initiative and contribute towards continuous improvement techniques.
Take instruction from the production manager and carry out the task in a professional and efficient manner.
Maintain tools and equipment in a safe working order.
Work within the internal quality system ensuring that a high standard of production is maintained through to the finished product stage.
Operate to health and safety policy and guidelines.
Maintain good housekeeping and a safe work environment.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be required to have previous experience of working in a joinery workshop and ideally have some experience working on bespoke joinery pieces.
