Whether you're an experienced Teaching Assistant or come from a background in care, youth work, support work, sports coaching, residential care or behaviour mentoring, we would love to hear from you.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
✅ Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
✅ Assisting with classroom learning and engagement
✅ Promoting positive behaviour and emotional regulation
✅ Building positive relationships with pupils, staff and families
✅ Encouraging independence, confidence and social development
✅ Supporting learning both inside and outside the classroom
✅ Helping to create a safe, inclusive and supportive learning environment
We Are Looking For People Who:
- Are passionate about supporting children and young people.
- Have experience working with SEN, SEND or vulnerable learners.
- Can remain calm, patient and resilient in challenging situations.
- Are positive role models who can build strong relationships.
- Have excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
