Key Responsibilities:
- Build positive relationships with students
- Support emotional regulation and social development
- Work closely with teachers and SEN teams to create a safe, structured learning environment
- Encourage independence and confidence through tailored support
Essential Skills & Experience: - Minimum 1 year experience working with children or young people with SEMH needs or challenging behaviour
- Backgrounds in sports coaching, social care, youth support, early years, or mentoring are highly valued.
