About the role:
We are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Secondary School Supply Teachers to join Hays and provide high-quality teaching across a range of subjects. Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4 in line with the national curriculum.
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Adapt quickly to different school settings and students' needs.
  • Ensure effective classroom management and uphold school policies.
  • Support students' academic progress and wellbeing.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching in secondary schools (KS3/KS4).
  • Strong classroom management skills.
  • Flexibility and willingness to teach across different subjects and schools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
