About the Role:
As a Secondary Supply Teacher, you will play an important role in ensuring students continue to receive high-quality education in the absence of their regular class teacher. You will have the opportunity to work in a variety of school settings, gaining valuable experience while maintaining flexibility in your schedule.
Responsibilities may include:
- Delivering engaging pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects and year groups.
- Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment where students can thrive.

- Adapting teaching styles to meet the needs of different learners.
- Supporting students' academic progress and wellbeing.
- Providing feedback to departments and school leaders following lessons.
- Contributing positively to the wider school community.
What We’re Looking For:
We are keen to speak with candidates who:
- Have experience teaching within secondary education.
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status
- Possess excellent classroom management skills.
- Are confident in delivering lessons across KS3 – KS4.
- Have strong communication and organisational skills.
- Are flexible, reliable, and capable of adapting to different school environments.
