Baseline Engineer| Change Engineer | Hybrid | Full Time

An opportunity has arisen for a Baseline & Change Engineer to support delivery on a major UK programme, working within an established Project Controls team.
This is a hands-on role focused on supporting change processes and maintaining project baselines.

Your new role

  • Support the implementation of change control processes
  • Maintain and update project baselines across cost and schedule
  • Analyse change impacts and support performance reporting
  • Work closely with planners, cost engineers, and PMO teams
  • Ensure alignment between scope, budget, and programme delivery

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience in Project Controls, Planning, or Cost Engineering
  • Understanding of change management and baseline principles
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with tools such as P6, Excel, or reporting platforms
  • BPSS Clearance
