An opportunity has arisen for a Baseline & Change Engineer to support delivery on a major UK programme, working within an established Project Controls team.
This is a hands-on role focused on supporting change processes and maintaining project baselines.
Your new role
- Support the implementation of change control processes
- Maintain and update project baselines across cost and schedule
- Analyse change impacts and support performance reporting
- Work closely with planners, cost engineers, and PMO teams
- Ensure alignment between scope, budget, and programme delivery
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in Project Controls, Planning, or Cost Engineering
- Understanding of change management and baseline principles
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with tools such as P6, Excel, or reporting platforms
- BPSS Clearance
