Freelance Banksman / Gateman I New Build Housing I Start ASAP I Long Term

A well-established residential developer delivering high-quality new build homes on a busy site in the Whalley area. Known for maintaining strong health & safety standards and providing consistent long-term work opportunities.

Your new role

As a Gateman / Banksman, you will be responsible for controlling access to site, safely marshalling vehicles, and ensuring all deliveries and visitors are managed efficiently. You’ll play a key role in maintaining site safety, communicating with drivers and site teams, and supporting daily operations on a live construction project.

What you'll need to succeed

Valid CPCS A73 Plant & Vehicle Marshaller (preferred)
CSCS or NPORS with relevant traffic marshalling/banksman qualification accepted
Previous experience working on construction sites in a similar role
Strong awareness of health & safety procedures
Reliable, proactive, and confident communicating with site teams and drivers
