Banking Solicitor role at a highly regarded Yorkshire practice. Corporate/real estate finance exp. preferred.

We are seeking a talented and driven Banking Solicitor to join a dynamic legal team based in Leeds. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified solicitor with experience in both corporate finance and real estate finance transactions. Whether you're newly qualified or have years of expertise, we welcome applications from candidates who are passionate about delivering high-quality legal advice and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising on a broad range of banking and finance matters, including corporate lending, acquisition finance, and real estate finance.
  • Supporting clients through complex transactions and providing strategic legal guidance.
  • Collaborating with colleagues across departments to deliver a seamless service.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and market trends.

Requirements:

  • UK-qualified solicitor (NQ+).
  • Experience in banking law, with exposure to corporate finance and real estate finance.
  • Strong technical skills and commercial awareness.
  • Excellent communication and client management abilities.
  • Must be based within a commutable distance of Leeds.
