Your new role

• Processing financial information in line with set procedures and deadlines
• Supporting reconciliations and maintaining accurate financial records
• Handling queries from a range of stakeholders and providing timely support
• Assisting with prompt payment processes and financial compliance
• Inputting, validating and maintaining financial data across systems
• Managing correspondence, emails and general administrative tasks
• Assisting with cash handling and banking processes where required
• Contributing to the smooth running of the finance office and wider team

What you'll need to succeed

• Have a minimum of 4 GCSEs (A–C), including Maths and English, or equivalent
• Have at least 1–2 years’ experience within a finance or office environment, ideally involving financial systems and processes
• Demonstrate a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
